Do I need to take any action with my account?

No. All of your account information is safely stored and will transition to Ecowaste automatically.

How will my collection pickup be affected?

There are no planned changes to your pickup schedule at this time. You’ll still see the same reliable crew you know and trust completing your service.

Will my service day or frequency change in the future?

If any changes ever become necessary, we’ll communicate with you well in advance and ensure the transition is smooth.

Will my rate for service or contract change?

There are no planned changes to your rate or contract agreement as a result of the rebrand, but standard rate increases will still apply. You can continue making payments through the current payment portal. Should you have any questions about your service pricing, please contact your current customer service team.

How will my autopay be affected?

Your autopay will remain on the same schedule as always.

Will my billing statements look different?

You will soon start to see Ecowaste branding featured on your invoices and statements.

Will your contact information change?

Expect the same local service you’re accustomed to. For now, nothing changes on your end — please continue using the same phone number and email address you’ve always used to reach us and our customer service team.

Will your website or customer portal change?

Yes, a new website is planned for the future! We’ll let you know when it launches and how to navigate the new site, including how to access your account.

Will my bins and collection trucks be changing?

Yes, but while we’re working on the rollout, you’ll continue seeing CARDS trucks, containers, and bins. You’ll be notified when your equipment is updated, and when you can expect to see Ecowaste trucks in your neighborhood.

How will my service through my municipality be affected?

There will be no change to your municipal service at this time. Please continue managing your account as you always have. For more information on your service through your specific town or city, please visit cardsrecycling.com/service-area or email municipal@cardsrecycling.com.
