CARDS Recycling & Disposal announces acquisition of 4D Sanitation
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (July 8, 2020) – CARDS Recycling and Disposal today announced the purchase of 4D Sanitation of Huntsville. CARDS will acquire all 4D assets, employees and customer contracts, which will operate under the CARDS brand.
“4D’s waste disposal and recycling services dovetail perfectly with the CARDS business model,” said Dan Christensen, founder and CEO of CARDS. “Moveover, their tri-county footprint continues the expansion of our Northwest Arkansas service area. We are proud to bring the 4D customers and employees into the CARDS family.”
Founded in 2007, 4D provides waste removal, recycling and roll-off Dumpster services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Madison, Carroll, and Washington County. 4D also operates a transfer (SWRF) in Madison county that will be acquired by CARDS. In all, about 4,000 4D Sanitation customers in Madison, Carroll and Washington county will now be serviced by CARDS, according to Christensen.
“We look forward to serving all 4D customers with our combined fleet and staff,” Christensen said.
According to Travis Dotson, 4D founder and owner, the acquisition completed a business journey 14 years in the making.
“I founded 4D in 2007 and slowly expanded over the years,” Dotson said. “But now I’m thrilled to bring all 4D customers and employees into the CARDS family of businesses.”
The acquisition closed on July 1, 2020.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
