CARDS Recycling & Disposal announces acquisition of B.E.S.T. Trash
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (June 1, 2020) – CARDS Recycling and Disposal today announced the purchase of Northwest Arkansas-based B.E.S.T. Trash Company. CARDS will acquire all B.E.S.T. residential and commercial contracts, which will operate under the CARDS Recycling brand.
“B.E.S.T. customers can look forward to a seamless transfer of their residential and commercial trash services,” said Dan Christensen, founder and CEO of CARDS. “In addition, we plan to quickly rollout our expanded menu of waste disposal, recycling and rolloff Dumpster services to these communities.”
With a company history stretching all the way back to the 1980s, B.E.S.T. currently provides trash pickup services for over 1,000 residential and commercial customers in Lincoln, Prairie Grove, Farmington, Cane Hill, Goshen, and rural Washington County.
“We are confident that CARDS Recycling carries the same values and work ethic we have provided our customers,” said B.E.S.T. owner John Blosser. “We always put our customers first and we’ll miss the friendships that we made over the past 30 plus years.”
The acquisition closed on June 1, 2020.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
