CARDS has announced the acquisition of Homeland Waste Management (Homeland), a subscription
residential, commercial and roll-off waste hauler based in Wylie, Texas. This is CARDS’ 5th Texas based
hauling acquisition, the purchase is effective immediately and financial terms were not disclosed.
CARDS now operates in Dallas, Collin, Hunt and Rockwall counties, serving residents and commercial
organizations through its City of Anna franchise award and the acquisitions of: DR Disposal and Recycling
(2019), Reed Sanitation (2021), Barnes Waste Disposal (2022), County Recycling Services (2022) and now
Homeland.
“Our residential and commercial customers can expect a seamless transition with a
continued focus on exceptional customer experiences,” said President Drew Stewart. “It’s been

our esteemed customers, for whom we have been privileged to serve.”
Homeland has been serving the waste and recycling needs of Dallas metro and surrounding counties
since 2014. Homeland will continue operations out of CARDS Anna, TX location further densifying its
subscription residential, commercial front-load and permanent and temporary roll-off services.
