Collection Times:

✔️ We’ve doubled up on crews, so you may see your truck at a different time than usual

✔️ Please have all materials out by 7am

✔️ We may be running a little later in the day as we work to catch up

Loose Bags:

✔️ Just make sure our drivers can see them and we’ll grab them

Last week’s storm was tough on all of us. Safety had to come first, and we appreciate you understanding that. We’re honored to be your service provider, and please know—our drivers are out there working as quickly and safely as possible to take care of your home.

We are proud to service the citizens of Springdale, Arkansas! Our commitment to you is dedicated, reliable, and professional waste disposal services. No action is required of current City of Springdale residents with water service through Springdale Water Utilities. New Springdale residents will have their trash service set up when signing up for water service.

Our 96-gallon carts hold about 6-7 kitchen-sized bags of trash – plenty for most households. If you require more than one cart, the City of Springdale may request you reach out to us directly to organize this and pay for the extra service.

Trash collection occurs weekly – except in the case of inclement weather or a holiday schedule change. You will be notified of any changes to the schedule our social media posts on Facebook. Set out your cart by 6:00 am unless otherwise notified.
